The new year is always a time reflection and new beginnings. Looking back at 2020 is not as happy as looking back at past years. 2020 brought many things like loneliness and isolation but it also brought new innovation as a solution to the pandemic.
2020 may not have been all sunshine and daisies, but we can look to 2021 with hope. We never know what the future will hold but we can look for better days. 2020 helped to bring about new innovations to help bring people together and we can keep the same mindset as we go into 2021. We learned a lot in 2020 and we will keep learning throughout 2021.
2020 was also very helpful to those who were looking for a hobby. Staying safe in quarantine has allowed for a lot more free time and free time means getting to try something new. Many people have picked up something that they’ve always wanted to try but never had the time for. People have also learned new ways to connect with loved ones who may not be able to be as close as before.
The new year is a time for resolutions. We can take the hobbies that we tried to learn in 2020 and master them in 2021. We can pick up something completely brand new to learn in 2021. The possibilities of resolutions are endless. There is always that classic news years resolution of going to the gym more or reading more. Great new years resolutions are ones that add something great to your life. Having fitness goals is great because staying in shape is important for living a long, happy life. Reading more is great because it’s important to continually learn throughout your life. A great resolution to add to your year is to pick up a new hobby in the arts field. Creation and arts can be a great form of therapy and can be a very fulfilling addition to your life.
